Training Formats

We offer various training formats depending on organizational needs. Our 1+ day classes are packaged and delivered to provide students the most powerful learning experience in the shortest amount of time.  We realize that top performing investigators and investigative teams are usually buried in cases and often put off training that is important but time consuming.  We value your time and commitment to being a top performer and promise not to waste your time!  We do offer a 5-day course, which further refines the application of skills in the field, yet we have found that most fundamental skills are learned in three days. The fundamental skills learned can then be mastered over time through practice.

The most common formats include:

  • Conference/Trade Show (60-90 minutes)
  • Classroom only (2-8 hours)
  • Online Courses (2-40 hours)
  • Hybrid class (webinar + field training)
  • 3-day & 5-day classes (basic & advanced)
  • Customized training (agency or organization)

Surveillance Training the Team Guardian Way

A covert physical surveillance has always been an important investigative method for investigators, whether government or private.  When applied to an investigation, surveillance can provide investigators a proactive approach to combating various types of crimes as well as reveal important intelligence about the persons, locations, and vehicles involved in crime.

With so much riding on your covert surveillance ability, you will not want to miss this opportunity to sharpen it to perfection.

The experience in this seminar is as close as you can get to having a personal coach.  You begin developing the surveillance mindset immediately during the first day of intensive classroom instruction.  Over the next two days, you practice the skills and techniques you developed through reality based field exercises.

We are so confident that the immersion method used in our training will provide you the information to become a skilled surveillant that we make this unique additional guarantee; if, after your first real surveillance upon completion of this seminar, you feel you were not provided the information and skills to be successful in surveillance, just let us know and we will refund your money.  It is that simple.

Thank you for making the Master Surveillant training program the top covert surveillance course in the law enforcement and corporate security Industry for the past decade!

What others are saying about our program

Darin's expertise and practical knowledge was vast.  His ability to communicate effectively both during the classroom and practical exercise was exceptional - Brian Flannery - ORC

I have been in Law Enforcement for twenty years and I can say that this class was VERY good - Phil Howard - ORC/LE

Excellent Training.  Most learn from "doing" rather than listening.  The class required active participation, the scenarios were both realistic and relevant as applied to the course objective, and the planning and execution of the exercises were meticulous - Chuck Kim - LE
